Opulentra is a financial education practice operating in Singapore. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service. We are not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a financial adviser or investment manager. All content and programme materials are provided for learning and general informational purposes only.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Individual outcomes will vary based on personal circumstances, decisions made, and external factors beyond our control. Nothing communicated during our programmes constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.

4. Enrolment and Fees

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Programme fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Fees are non-transferable between programmes or individuals without prior agreement. We reserve the right to adjust programme fees for new enrolments, with any changes communicated in advance.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Cancellation of an enrolment more than seven days before the programme commencement date will be eligible for a full refund, less an administrative handling fee of SGD 50. Cancellations within seven days of commencement are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a credit toward a future programme, at our discretion. In the event that Opulentra must cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund of fees paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, programme materials, frameworks, worksheets, and course content — is the intellectual property of Opulentra or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without express written permission. Programme materials provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or published.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all personal and financial information shared during sessions with the utmost discretion. We do not share client-specific information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. We ask that clients similarly respect the confidentiality of any proprietary frameworks, tools, or methodologies disclosed during sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Opulentra shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or financial outcome arising from your use of this website or engagement with our programmes. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made on the basis of educational content shared during sessions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid for the specific programme in question.
